When you get zirconia ceramic materials, the first thing you need to do is to conduct performance and quality inspection on them to ensure that all aspects can meet the standards and specifications and be put into use in a qualified state. So how to conduct quality inspection on zirconia ceramic materials?
Quality inspection of zirconia ceramic materials:
1. Substrate dielectric constant: > 30;
2. Inspection material: zirconia ceramic material;
3. The steel ball falls: 20g steel ball, the height of 50cm falls to the center of the ceramic with a diameter of 10mm, the ceramic material is placed on the rigid plane marble, and the ceramic sheet appears without cracks three times;
4. Pencil hardness: ≥ 8H;
Test method: Mitsubishi test pencil, with a pressure of 750gf, the angle between the pencil lead and the surface to be tested is 45 °, and 5 strokes are drawn at the position to be tested, each stroke is 10mm long (5 parallel lines are used, the line distance is > 3mm, and the test lines are not interfered), and permanent indentation on the surface is not allowed;
5. The cutting edge of the substrate is sharp, the caving depth is < 0.03mm, and there should be no pits, impurities, cracks, scratches and other defects on the surface;
6. Four-point bending strength: ≥ 500MPa;
Four-point bending strength test method: upper span: 20mm, lower span: 40mm, the diameter of the pressing rod is ≥ 6, the pressing speed is 10mm/min, and the pressing is until the oxidized ceramic material breaks;
