Among them, the ball-to-material mass ratio and different ball mass ratios are very important control parameters.
The larger the mass ratio of the ball to the material, the more the amount of zirconia grinding ball medium, which will increase the shear stress and impact frequency of the material, thereby ensuring a better crushing effect.
However, the mass ratio of the ball to the material continues to increase, and the self-wear between the zirconia grinding balls will increase, which reduces the interaction between the ball and the material to a certain extent, so that the content of fine particles decreases, the grinding is not uniform enough, and the grinding is not uniform. More particles, energy consumption will also increase.
At the same time, the increase of the mass ratio of the ball to the material will lead to the increase of impurities in the material; the mass ratio of the ball to the material is too small, and the particle crushing efficiency is low. Therefore, there is a range for the mass ratio of the ball to the material. If other parameters remain the same, the different ball mass ratios also have a range. From the analysis of the size of the zirconia grinding ball, the impact effect is good if the size is large, which is conducive to the crushing of coarse raw material particles, but the decrease of the rolling area is not conducive to the grinding of fine particles. The two restrict each other, so it is a size match.
Only when the ball mass ratio and the quality of different balls are suitable, can the impact grinding effect of the grinding ball be ensured, thereby improving the efficiency of the ball mill and maximizing the output.
